The Fast: Day 3

It's been 67 hours now since I've had anything to eat. The fast is going very well, enjoying coffee with splenda now and less of it, so as to train myself to eventually drink black coffee. It's all about molding yourself into the person you want to be - through deprivation and sheer willpower.

I notice myself a bit more tired this time around; perhaps I'm getting older. However it hasn't been a week yet, and the energy usually kicks in at around a week, so we'll see how it goes.

My sister is coming to stay with me tomorrow night which is very cool, definitely looking forward to that. However, this poses a serious stress on my plans. She is, as most "normies" are, against my ultra-strict dietary regiments, and will without a doubt lecture me about how bad it is for me. I love her but as I'm sure you can imagine, a person in my particular situation doesn't need to be reminded he's an idiot. I know it looks foolish, but it works.

No weigh in yet, waiting until Monday morning for that.. that'll be 1 week of fasting and I should see some improvements in the math.

Health status: mind sharp; pot lasting longer; sleeping better (not waking as much, less tossing & turning), migraines have disappeared even after a full day of nicotine, slight headache behind eyes but I think that's due to adjustment to Lasik

Social effects: anger seriously subsided today, thoughts of depression subsided as well; urge to be social increasing; still quite angry at food

Hung-o-meter: far less hungry than Monday or Tuesday even, and I don't forsee tonight swaying from the pattern; Threw out all food / donated food in apartment; currently only have 1/2 jar of pickles for emergencies only; coffee supply=solid
